Where you'll be working:
Location(s): Savannah, GA
Setting: Center / Clinic
Population Served: Children 2 - 11
What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
- Provide high-quality ABA services for children ages 2–11 across in-home and community settings
- Manage a full-time caseload with a minimum 22 billable-hour requirement
- Develop individualized treatment plans rooted in the company’s philosophy: client-inspired, parent-guided, clinically informed care
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Clinical Director for training, problem solving, and ongoing clinical support
- Build strong relationships with families through transparent communication and whole-person, family-centered care
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
- Caseload size: 7-8 average to meet billable hour minimum (may exceed to earn more through bonus)
- Billable hour expectations: 22 minimum
Compensation & Perks (real ones):
- Base salary: $72-76K
- Bonus structure: ~$25K annually (total comp of ~$100K)
