Attorney Needed - Atlanta Court Representation
The Law Office of Jeffrey B. Kelly, P.C., is seeking an additional attorney to represent our consumer bankruptcy clients.
Responsibilities:

* Attend court hearings live in Atlanta.
* Work closely with clients, trustees, administrative staff, and the lead attorney.
* Communicate effectively with a high volume of clients via Zoom, video, text, and email.
* Maintain exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements:

* Must be licensed and a resident of Georgia.
* Full-time commitment of approximately 40 hours per week.

$100,000 Responsibilities:

* Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
* Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients' needs after analysis
* Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
* Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings

Qualifications:

* Able to work independently while handling multiple files
* Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required
* Candidates must currently be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary

* Must be an active member of the Georgia Bar
