ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction: Effectively communicate with potential and existing clients to evaluate their insurance needs and present suitable coverage options.
Insurance Solutions: Develop and present personalized insurance solutions tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals set by the agency to contribute to overall business growth.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing requirements or adjustments to coverage.
Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to remain competitive and forward-thinking in sales strategies.
Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance sales skills and knowledge of the insurance industry.
RequirementsLicensing: Must possess an active Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Adaptability: Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment while maintaining productivity.
Customer-Focused: A strong commitment to understanding and meeting client needs, always striving to exceed expectations.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools essential.
