Your Impact
- Perform frequent cycle counts to confirm stock levels and maintain inventory integrity.
- Track down and resolve count mismatches, documenting findings and preventative actions.
- Maintain an orderly warehouse to support safety, speed, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with peers to streamline and enhance inventory control procedures.
- Record movements and adjustments in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Compile accurate, timely inventory and cycle count reports.
- Pitch in with receiving and shipping to keep operations running smoothly.
Must-Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management preferred.
- Strong attention to detail; organized and reliable.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
- Comfort with WMS and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- Capability to lift and move materials safely.
- 3+ years of forklift experience.
Nice-to-Haves
- Additional education in logistics or supply chain management.
Certifications and Skills
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
- Warehouse Experience
- Forklift Licensed
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Microsoft Excel
