• As a Baker, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, ensuring that all products meet our standards for taste and presentation.

Duties

• Prepare and bake a variety of goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and donuts.
• Manage daily tasks, including scaling, shaping, and baking loaves, breads, and pastries
• Decorate cakes and other baked items with precision and creativity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production of baked goods for catering events and daily sales.
• Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Experience

• Previous experience in a bakery or culinary environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen safety protocols.
• Experience in food preparation techniques, particularly in baking and cake decorating.
• Excellent customer service skills to enhance the overall customer experience.
• A passion for culinary arts and a willingness to learn new techniques.
