Marketing Product Data Coordinator/Analyst

Exciting opportunity for to join an industry leader in a role where you will manage & maintain product data across various systems/platforms!

You will help in migrating enterprise data sets from one system to another. This includes data organization, categorization, assigning attributes, building out new data structures, and providing ongoing maintenance of the data.

This is a direct hire position based in Smyrna, GA.

Work a hybrid schedule (in-office 3 days & remote 2 days per week). You must work in-office every day during an initial ramp-up/training period.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect, organize, & maintain marketing product data, including categorization, specs, & descriptions
• Accurately enter product data into databases, CMS systems, & other platforms
• Implement & maintain data quality standards to ensure accuracy/consistency of product info.
• Work with vendors, merchants, Marketing team & other depts. to gather & verify product data
• Generate & distribute regular reports on product data status, discrepancies, & updates
• Assist in the maintenance and improvement of data management systems and processes
• Support product data-related inquiries & issues from internal teams & external partners

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3+ years experience in data coordination, data management, or related
• Proficiency in data management tools & software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems)
• Experience migrating, categorizing, and/or organizing enterprise data sets
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills, organizational skills, & attention to detail
• Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a team environment

PREFERRED:

• CMS (e.g., EnterWorks) & product information management (PIM) system experience
• SQL querying experience
