Looking for meaningful work with kids?
Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services is hiring individuals who want to make a real difference in children’s lives .
In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, helping them build communication, social, and everyday life skills through play-based learning .
No prior experience is required. We will train you, pay you, and help you earn your certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in about 2 weeks.
What you’ll do- Work directly with children in their homes and community settings
- Use play and structured activities to support learning and development
- Follow simple, step-by-step plans created by a supervisor
- Track progress and celebrate meaningful milestones
- People who enjoy working with kids
- Those interested in education, psychology, or healthcare
- Future teachers, therapists, or BCBAs
- Anyone looking for purposeful, hands-on work
- Afternoon and evening availability preferred (2:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
- Must be able to commit to training and 6 months min working with your client
- Some daytime cases available
- Full-time and part-time opportunities
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
- $22–$30/hour
- Weekly pay
- Paid training + certification (completed in ~2 weeks)
- Ongoing support from experienced supervisors
- Learn directly from master’s-level clinicians in behavior science
- Career growth opportunities (including BCBA pathway)
- Opportunities to learn additional skills (operations, marketing, etc.)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must obtain CPR certification
- Reliable transportation required
