- Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and company standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, monitor production timelines, and resolve supply chain issues.
- Lead and mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and support professional development.
- Manage the Vendor and Solutions Coordinators by conducting performance reviews, coaching, training, providing ongoing support, and facilitating weekly department meetings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve order discrepancies and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to Service Level Expectations (SLEs).
- Provide hands-on support for daily operations, including audits, vendor follow-ups, and order management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ASI/ESP Web.
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and proactive decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and project management.
- 2+ years of team management and vendor coordination experience.
- Experience in promotion products or apparel decoration is a plus.
