Installer

Seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused In-Home Installation Technician to join field operations team. In this role, you will travel daily to residential homes (both new construction and occupied remodeling projects) to professionally install high-quality home products.

From custom glass shower doors and mirrors to ventilated shelving, closet organization systems, and door/bath hardware, you will ensure every product is installed safely, accurately, and to the complete satisfaction of the homeowner or builder.

salary: $37,440 - $45,760 per year

Responsibilities

• Professional Installation: Travel to residential job sites daily to safely handle, measure, and install specialty home products including glass shower doors, custom mirrors, closet shelving, and bath/door hardware.

• Quality Assurance: Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or layout schematics to ensure precise alignment, levelling, and structural integrity of all installed materials.

• Customer Service: Act as the face of the company in customers' homes. Maintain an exceptionally polite, professional demeanor, explain the completed work, and answer any homeowner questions.

• Site Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe job site. Protect the client's home by wearing protective footwear (booties) where required and thoroughly remove all post-installation packing materials and debris.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 75lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
