Administrative Assistant (Hartmann)

Highland Rivers Behavioral Health provides treatment and recovery services to individuals impacted by mental illness, substance use disorders and intellectual developmental disabilities.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with intake, admissions and other office related and administrative tasks for the child and adolescent substance use services program. The Hartmann Center is a residential treatment program for adolescents with substance use disorders.
Highland Rivers is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Hartmann Center in Cobb County!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Manage front desk and admissions area of the facility
- Perform basic clerical duties including but not limited to answering and routing calls, mailing, administrative filing, copying, etc
- Schedule residential intakes and collection of documents for admission to center
- Collaborate with Residential Supervisor and Shift Supervisor in scheduling outside and in-center visitation
- Assist in coordination of virtual meetings, counseling sessions, and court appearances
- Other administrative responsibilities and tasks as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in customer service
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- One year experience working in a medical or behavioral health office
- bilingual abilities a plus
