We’re hiring a Hospice Liaison in Madison, Georgia who wants uncapped earning potential, true autonomy in the field, and the opportunity to build something meaningful in their territory.

You’ll step into a clinical field-based role focused on growing hospice referrals, building new relationships, and managing an established book of accounts. You’ll have autonomy over your territory while collaborating closely with intake and clinical teams.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $70,000–$80,000
• Uncapped commission paid monthly
• Bonus structure: $3,000 at 15 points plus $150 per additional point
• $500 new-account kicker
