As an Hourly Supervisor, youll play a key role in leading daily operations and supporting the success of the team. From opening and closing the restaurant, to upholding food safety and quality standards, to coaching team membersyoull help create an environment where both guests and staff feel valued.

Responsibilities:
- Open and close the restaurant as a key holder, ensuring all procedures are followed
- Oversee daily operations with a focus on guest service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Monitor and maintain food quality and presentation standards
- Lead and coach team members to ensure a positive, guest-first culture
- Support with training new staff and reinforcing operational standards
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism
- Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance standards are consistently met
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and other operational tasks as needed
Skills:
- Proven experience in a restaurant, caf, or hospitality leadership role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and cash handling
- Professional appearance and demeanor
