Associate Attorney
Providence Staffing’s client is seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney to join its growing personal injury practice in Atlanta, Georgia . This role is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for injured clients and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative litigation environment. Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from discovery through resolution.
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Prepare cases for trial, including trial strategy, witness preparation, and exhibit organization.
- Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings as required.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and motion practice.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to ensure effective case management.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal guidance throughout the litigation process.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience handling plaintiff personal injury litigation .
- Strong knowledge of Georgia civil procedure and personal injury law.
- Experience using case management software preferred.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia .
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
