Paid Media Strategist

The Paid Media Strategist is responsible for developing and executing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring they align with client goals and deliver measurable results. This role involves audience analysis, creative planning, campaign execution, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage client relationships for assigned accounts and support larger accounts alongside senior team members.
- Develop and implement paid media strategies that help clients achieve brand, marketing, communications, and sales objectives.
- Plan and execute media campaigns, including budgeting, copywriting, placement, optimization, and reporting.
- Determine KPIs for each media plan and monitor delivery to the goal.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to develop and test creative concepts and assets for paid campaigns.
- Present campaign results and performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work on new business opportunities as part of integrated team efforts, including media plans and client presentations.
- Use analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
- 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2+ years in paid social media strategy (agency experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and optimizing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft compelling paid social content.
- Experience in budget management, audience segmentation, and creative testing.
- Proficiency in buying across all leading social media platforms.
