Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - Multi-state Compact License
• BLS or ARC-BLS or BLS-I certification
• ACLS or ARC-ALS or ACLS-I or ACLS-P certification within 180 days
• PALS or ARC-PALS or PALS-I or PALS-P certification within 180 days
• TNCC or ATCN or TNCC-P certification within 18 months
• Less than 1 year of experience with direct patient care preferred
• Strong English communication skills and basic computer proficiency
• Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and time management skills
• Ability to function in high-pressure environments effectively
