• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.50 to $23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available

**Job Title:** Temporary Maintenance Technician**Schedule:** Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Evening Shift)**Job Summary:**We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Temporary Maintenance Technician to join our team at a busy metal fabrication plant. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the operational efficiency of our machinery and facilities through proactive maintenance and timely repairs. This is a temporary, full-time evening position, perfect for an individual who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment.**Key Responsibilities: * Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with production equipment and auxiliary systems.* Execute repairs, adjustments, and replacements of components as needed, utilizing a variety of hand tools.**Work Environment & Physical Demands:**This position operates within a dynamic metal fabrication plant. * Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 50-75 lbs frequently.* Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.* Required Dress Code: Steel-toed boots, long pants, and a t-shirt.**Qualifications:****Required Skills & Experience:*** Proven mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.* Ability to understand and follow technical manuals, schematics, and safety procedures.**Preferred Skills & Experience:*** Previous experience in a maintenance role, particularly within a manufacturing or industrial setting.* Familiarity with metal fabrication equipment and processes.**Additional Requirements:*** Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.* Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• HVAC Experience (Plus)
• Troubleshooting

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
