Short description of the Position: Design develop and implement solutions for multiple applications and projects for the Office of Mental Health using C# .Net MVC PL/SQL and various other programming tools.

Daily Tasks will include but are not limited to the following:

1. Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)

2. Design and deploy complex reports and diagnose and troubleshoot various rules calculations and data issues on application reports using Crystal Reports utilizing the Data warehouse and other data sources as needed.

Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 or higher and write code Core framework c# MVC JavaScript Ajax HTML XML

3. Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables create indexes constraints triggers views etc. code stored procedures and packages convert and migrate data when necessary.

5. Use a source code repository Gitlab (GIT) for checking source code in and out and branching off new versions of the source code.

6. Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor.

Experience you have

84 Months experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop/maintain applications in C# for n-tier web deployment.

84 months experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize HTML XML JSON AJAX JavaScript jQuery Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets.

84 months experience with Oracle: Database design PL SQL coding stored procedures packages indexes triggers creating tables etc.

84 Months experience interpreting and analyzing business requirements and building the logic within an applications code to meet those requirements.

72 months experience developing applications with MVC 5 or later versions.

72 Months Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) REST Services (Web API) message processing and Enterprise Service Bus.

24 Months experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).

24 Months experience with GIT including CI/CD for source code management.
