Job Description: Seronda Network We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team and support the planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational skills, ensuring that all aspects of our events run seamlessly. As a key member of our events team, you will assist in coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure timely services
• Manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment rentals, and catering
• Support marketing efforts by promoting events through social media and other channels
• Prepare and distribute event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage
• Assist with on-site coordination during events to ensure smooth execution

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when necessary
