Washington Legal Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support our fast-paced, client-focused PI practice. This is an on-site role in our Atlanta, GA office, working closely with attorneys to manage litigation cases from discovery through trial.
We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-driven, and committed to delivering outstanding client service.
- Manage PI litigation files from pre-suit through trial preparation
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial calendars
- Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills
- Maintain deadlines and attorney calendars using case management software
- Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, experts, medical providers, and court staff
- Assist attorneys with trial prep, exhibits, and document production
- Maintain organized digital and physical case files
- 3+ years of Personal Injury litigation paralegal experience required
- Strong knowledge of Georgia state court rules and filing procedures
- Proficient with legal software, Microsoft Office, and case management systems
- Excellent writing, drafting, and proofreading skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment and meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills and professional client-facing demeanor
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
