About GOTYOU

GOTYOU is a fast-growing customer engagement app that helps small businesses thrive. Users earn cash rewards for supporting local merchants, and businesses get powerful tools to grow.

We’re hiring for 2 key roles in your area:

1. User Ambassador (Brand Ambassador)

Are you social, outgoing, and passionate about your community?
You’ll introduce people to the GOTYOU app, help them sign up, and promote local events.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage people in your community and explain the app

• Help users sign up via your personal QR code(free for public)

• Host/attend local events & meetups

• Promote through social media & word-of-mouth

• Gather feedback to help improve the platform

Pay Structure:

• $15/hour starting rate (first 20 hours – training mode)

• $20/hour base pay for 4 new users an hour + $2/user bonus for each one after the 4th

• Top performers earn $30–$32/hour

• Paid meetups ($20/hour) and weekly paid training

• Maintain 2.5 users/hour to stay in the program

2. Merchant Sales Representative (Field Sales – 1099 Contractor)

Do you love talking to business owners and closing deals?
You’ll grow our merchant network by prospecting and signing up small businesses.

What You’ll Do:

• Visit & contact small businesses (salons, cafes, etc.)

• Close deals & onboard merchants

• Earn commission for every merchant signup

• Generate leads via networking and field work

Compensation Plan:

• Commission + Bonuses (avg. $137.50 per merchant)

• $10/month/merchant retention bonus

• Monthly bonuses ($100–$750)

• Set your own hours (up to 40/week)

• Full base pay if you average 3+ actions/hour (leads, demos, signups, etc.)

• Performance-based: underperformance = prorated pay
