Role Overview
A growing organization is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support core financial reporting, accounting operations, and process improvement initiatives. This role works closely with senior finance leadership and cross-functional teams, while also providing day-to-day oversight of key accounting activities and contributing to a scalable, well-controlled finance function.
Core Responsibilities
- Own and manage recurring monthly accounting processes
- Oversee GL activity
- Provide accounting leadership across complex areas such as leases, inventory, fixed assets, and revenue-related matters
- Partner with operational and corporate stakeholders to address accounting questions and improve visibility
- Maintain strong internal controls and identify opportunities to streamline processes
- Assist with audit preparation, including coordination with external auditors and support of required schedules and disclosures
- Lead, coach, and develop accounting staff
- Provide flexible support across the finance team as business needs evolve

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred
- Progressive accounting experience within corporate accounting environments
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and core accounting principles
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and communicate clearly with non-accounting partners
- Prior experience leading a team
