Step Into the Driver’s Seat in Canton, GA 30114
Picture your day starting with a quick walk-around of your lift truck, checking controls and safety features before the warehouse comes alive. You’ll glide through aisles, stage pallets with precision, and keep materials flowing so orders move on time. Between truck arrivals and inventory counts, you’ll sync with teammates to fine-tune the workflow and keep everything safe, accurate, and on schedule.
What You’ll Do- Operate forklifts and related material handling equipment to move, place, and stack goods efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers and containers while maintaining accurate inventory placement and documentation.
- Perform routine equipment checks and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Follow established safety practices and company procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
- Assist with cycle counts and keep clear, accurate records of materials handled.
- Work closely with team members to streamline processes and improve warehouse efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Current forklift operator certification (required).
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Physical capability to lift heavy items and perform manual tasks as needed.
