We are seeking a motivated and experienced 2nd shift Production Supervisor  to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, leading production staff, and ensuring high-quality welding and fabrication processes in a fast-paced environment.

Location/Schedule: Macon, GA / 2nd shift 

Requirements

What You’ll Do: 

• Supervise and lead production employees to meet daily and weekly manufacturing goals

• Oversee welding operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met

• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and productivity 

• Monitor workflow, staffing, and production schedules to optimize output

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and ISO standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, engineering, and management

• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members 

Who You Are: 

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred 

• Strong background in welding and fabrication processes

• Proven experience in employee management, supervision, or team leadership

• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems preferred

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
