Responsibilities
As a Lead Manager, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for homeowners reaching out to us or responding to our marketing. Your job is to build rapport, understand their situation, qualify the opportunity, and set appointments for our Home Buying Specialist. This is more than just a remote lead management role. For the right person, it is a chance to learn the business, sharpen their sales skills, and grow into a bigger opportunity over time.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience
- Willingness to learn, be coached, stay organized, and work remotely
- Strong communication, active listening, and ability to build trust quickly
- Competitive, coachable, and disciplined mindset; interested in growing into outside sales
Compensation
- Expected earnings: $50,000–$60,000 per year
- Compensation will include a base plus commission structure
- Clear opportunity for growth into a higher-income sales role over time
