**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide outstanding customer service to all visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk, following Allied Universal procedures and site-specific policies.
+ Monitor access control to the location by verifying identification and logging visitors as required.
+ Respond to incidents and/or critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify appropriate personnel as needed.
+ Assist with the implementation of site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities as directed by site leadership.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents at the front desk area to supervisor and/or client representatives.
+ Maintain a professional and welcoming presence while addressing questions and providing information to visitors and staff entering the location.
+ Operate and monitor security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, or visitor management software as required by site policies.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
