Area Vice President - Contract Security
- Competitive Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 annually, bonus eligibility, and auto allowance

- This is a highly visible market leadership role requiring regular travel across the market to stay close to the business, lead the team, and support continued growth.
- This position offers a monthly auto allowance in addition to salary.
- As the Area Vice President, you will lead a geographically dispersed market and be accountable for end-to-end performance. This role requires strong operational discipline, visible leadership, financial ownership, and the ability to lead a multifunctional team across multiple offices.
- Lead and scale a high-profile Atlanta market spanning Georgia, with full accountability for operational performance, client success, and business results.
- Provide visible, hands-on leadership across the market, building alignment, driving execution, and strengthening performance across multiple locations.
- Build, develop, and inspire a strong leadership team across operations, client service, account management, and human capital support.
- Shape a culture of accountability, collaboration, urgency, and operational excellence that positions the market for sustained growth.
- Own market financial performance, including labor strategy, overtime control, staffing efficiency, and disciplined decision-making that drives profitability.
- Serve as the senior market leader for key client relationships, ensuring service excellence, responsiveness, and long-term partnership.
- Partner cross-functionally to support business growth, expansion opportunities, talent strategy, and seamless operational execution.
- Ensure the market operates with strong compliance, sound process discipline, and a leadership standard that reflects GardaWorld’s values and brand.
- Leading a stable, growing market with confidence and discipline
- Building strong communication and collaboration across three offices
- Managing ongoing growth, especially within large, complex client environments
- Driving profitability through smart labor and operating decisions
- Creating a branch structure that can perform consistently without constant escalation or daily intervention
- Being a visible, credible leader to both clients and employees
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in contract security, military operations, or a comparable labor-intensive, service-oriented environment
- 4+ years of management experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in a labor-intensive, service-driven environment
- Experience owning results across operations, people leadership, client partnership, and financial performance
- Strong comfort level with ambiguity, pace, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to lead distributed teams and create accountability across a multi-site operation
- Strong business judgment and comfort with metrics, labor management, and profitability levers
- A valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company vehicle and insurance standards
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to pass an extensive screening process
