Transform the everyday with us!
We are seeking an experienced, driven, and accountable Senior Construction Project Manager to join our US-based team. This role is for a leader who combines strong on-site presence with executive-level coordination. You take full ownership of your projects — from early concept development through final close-out — ensuring performance, mitigating risk, and aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared goal. You are decisive, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the confidence to challenge when necessary and the judgment to build strong, collaborative partnerships.
We are looking for Senior Construction Project Manager, and this is a remote position based in either the Eastern or Central Time Zones.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Lead office and light industrial construction and fit-out projects from concept through close-out.
- Maintain an active site presence, identifying risks early and ensuring high-quality execution.
- Develop comprehensive project briefs, translating customer-specific requirements into clear planning and execution strategies.
- Own project budgets, including contingency planning and change order management.
- Drive performance across schedule, cost, quality, and safety metrics, holding all stakeholders accountable for delivery excellence.
- Lead RFP preparation and contractor selection in coordination with cross-functional teams; support contract award and administration.
- Proactively manage risks, resolve conflicts, and confidently challenge contractors or stakeholders to protect project outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring structured coordination and transparent communication.
- Collaborate closely with authorities through permitting and final building handover.
- Implement Siemens guidelines with focus on Sustainability, Digitalization, and Safety.
- Integrate Siemens building technologies into projects whenever feasible.
- Champion digital innovation to enhance efficiency, transparency, and execution quality.
- Prepare executive-level reports and deliver clear, compelling presentations to steering committees.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field — or 10+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
- 10+ years of experience with delivering complex projects with full financial, contractual, and operational ownership.
- 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional and multinational teams, aligning diverse stakeholders toward common objectives.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to translate complex project data into executive-level insights.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the Americas (30–50%).
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need of company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with BIM and LEED (or comparable sustainability frameworks) is advantageous.
- PMI certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Strong ownership mindset with the confidence to make and stand by critical decisions.
- Experience in international environments.
- Advanced risk management capabilities, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate challenges early.
- Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
- Positive, collaborative approach with strong interpersonal awareness.
- Driven, curious, and motivated to continuously learn and innovate.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to translate complex project data into executive-level insights.
- Spanish proficiency.
You’ll benefit from:
- Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees. Details regarding our benefits can be found here:
- The pay range for this position is $109,670-$188,006 and the annual incentive target is 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
