HVAC Service Technician - Weekends

We are looking for a highly skilled service turnover technician to join our team in the Repair, Maintenance & Installation industry. As a Lead Technician, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and learn valuable skills that will enhance your career. Join us in creating delicious and fun environments!

This position requires weekend availability. 4 10's available!

Vehicle, gas card, phone, boot/tool allowance, paid drive time, and tablet are provided.

***No on-call**

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Residential Service Experience
• Basic hand tools.
• Strong knowledge of codes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers and team members.
• Valid driver's license
• EPA license

Duties:

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and associated components.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify and resolve malfunctions or inefficiencies.
• Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and other HVAC system parts.
• Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to assess their performance and identify potential issues.
• Perform routine tests to ensure the proper functioning of systems and adherence to safety standards.
• Interact with customers to understand their HVAC needs and provide explanations of required services.
• Offer recommendations for system improvements or upgrades based on customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all installations, installations, inspections, and repairs performed.
• Document equipment and parts used during service visits.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations related to HVAC systems and refrigerants.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
• Utilize personal protective equipment and adhere to safety regulations during all service activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
• Provide clear explanations of issues and solutions to customers.
• Stay updated on advancements in HVAC technology through training programs and workshops.
• Share knowledge with apprentices and assist in their training and development.
