Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our innovative remote education platform, providing prehensive psychological services to students across Ohio's virtual learning environments. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while delivering critical mental health support to students who need specialized psychological services.
Position OverviewThis full-time remote position involves providing school psychology services to students in grades K-12 through virtual platforms. You'll work approximately 35-37.5 hours per week, managing a caseload of 40-50 students with diverse psychological and educational needs. Our virtual model allows you to deliver high-quality psychological services while maintaining professional autonomy from your home office.
Core Responsibilities- Conduct prehensive psychological evaluations through virtual platforms
- Administer and interpret standardized assessments remotely
- Develop behavioral intervention plans and support strategies
- Provide individual and group counseling services via secure video conferencing
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments when needed
- Provide consultation services to teachers and support staff
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress monitoring systems
- Master's degree in School Psychology from accredited program
- Current Ohio school psychologist license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in school-based settings
- Proficiency with virtual assessment platforms and teletherapy technology
- Strong clinical skills in psychological assessment and intervention
- Experience with special education processes and procedures
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate technology setup
Our platform serves students with various psychological and educational needs including learning disabilities, emotional disturbances, autism spectrum disorders, and behavioral concerns. You'll utilize evidence-based practices adapted for virtual delivery, ensuring students receive quality psychological services regardless of their physical location. The role includes crisis intervention protocols and collaboration with school teams.
