We are seeking both full-time and part-time Licensed Physical Therapists at Stability Pilates and Physical Therapy of Atlanta in Sandy Springs, Georgia. As a Licensed Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services, developing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals and staff to optimize patient care.

Stability provides a wide range of services, including one-on-one physical therapy, private and small group pilates, virtual consultations, women's health, individualized gait analysis and trigger point dry needling. All therapy services are performed by fully-licensed physical therapists, and private and group Pilates instruction is done by STOTT PILATES®, Polestar Pilates® or other nationally recognized trained/certified instructors. This full spectrum of services covers treatment from chronic pain and acute injury to high-level sport-specific training for healthy athletes.

Stability Pilates and Physical Therapy opened in March 2010 in a 3,300 square foot facility in Sandy Springs, just North of the Atlanta perimeter. Our studio is within walking distance to residences, dining and retail establishments. We are a female-owned and operated business, and we value the importance of your work-life balance!

Duties

• Treat one patient per hour.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, home exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.

Qualifications

• Valid GA state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy practices and techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to assess and treat various conditions and injuries
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Attention to detail and compassion for patients
• CPR Certification
• Dry needling certification a plus
• Pilates certification/training a plus, not required
