• Ability to complete a TB test according to school requirements
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain them prior to starting the role

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school environments, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges preferred
• Certifications such as CPI, PMT, or RBT are a plus but not mandatory
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach to working within education teams
