Position: Returns Quality Inspector (Small Electronics)
Location: Lithia Springs, GA
Schedule: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
Pay: $19/hr
Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Returns Quality Inspector for a client to support daily inspection and validation of electronic products while ensuring accurate data entry within SAP systems. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve quality issues, maintain compliance, and support on-time production and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform product inspections to identify defects using visual and technical evaluation methods

• Determine root cause of non-conforming products within required timelines

• Utilize testing equipment to validate defects and product performance

• Create and maintain Corrective Action Reports (CARs) and follow up on open issues

• Accurately enter batch, quantity, and SKU data into SAP in real time

• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve quality and production issues

• Proactively communicate updates and follow up on special orders with management

• Support overall Quality Control processes and continuous improvement efforts

Must Haves:

• Experience with data entry and reporting in SAP or similar ERP systems

• Ability to perform detailed inspections and technical evaluations

• Strong understanding of electronics products and components

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or electronics environment

• Familiarity with corrective action processes and quality documentation

• Experience using testing or inspection equipment

• Prior experience in a high-volume production setting
