Customer Service Representative - Entry Level

As a Customer Service & Fundraising Associate, you will engage directly with community members through face-to-face outreach , helping raise awareness and support for impactful nonprofit organizations.

No prior experience is required — we provide paid training , hands-on coaching, and continuous professional development to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service through residential and community outreach
• Represent nonprofit organizations and effectively communicate their mission, programs, and impact
• Engage with community members, answer questions, and provide clear, accurate information
• Encourage and secure voluntary donations to support fundraising campaigns
• Maintain a positive, professional, and approachable demeanor at all times
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development workshops
• Accurately track daily interactions and follow company procedures

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with new people in a face-to-face environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented setting

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
