Senior Rebate Analyst | Rebate Management & System Administration

Job Type: Contract (6-8 months)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Fully on-site)
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Pay: $30+ (DOE)

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and ongoing administration of a rebate management platform.

• Review supplier agreements and contract terms to ensure accurate rebate setup and tracking.

• Validate rebate calculations, accruals, billing rules, and reporting outputs.

• Assist with system enhancements, issue resolution, and process improvements.

• Support data validation and reconciliation activities during system transitions.

• Analyze rebate earnings, accruals, and performance against contractual terms.

• Conduct reconciliations and ensure accuracy of rebate calculations and reporting.

• Monitor rebate billing activity and assist with supplier discrepancy resolution.

• Support audit requests, documentation requirements, and financial compliance initiatives.

• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Category Management, IT, and supplier partners.

• Lead supplier discussions regarding rebate calculations, billing processes, and agreement terms.

• Provide insights and recommendations related to rebate performance and process improvements.

• Assist in developing documentation, reporting tools, dashboards, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• 3-5+ years of experience in rebate management, financial analysis, contract administration, pricing, supplier programs, or a related function.

• Experience working with rebate management systems or similar financial/business systems.

• Experience supporting system implementations, configurations, or process improvement initiatives.

• Strong understanding of financial analysis, reconciliations, and contract interpretation.

• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliation.

• Strong communication skills with experience interacting directly with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with rebate system implementation or administration.

• Accounting or finance background with knowledge of accrual processes and financial controls.

• Experience supporting audits, compliance requirements, or internal controls.

• Background in distribution, manufacturing, automotive, retail, or multi-entity environments.
