We’re looking for an experienced Dining Room Manager to lead front-of-house operations at our " fine dining" restaurant in Decatur, GA. If you have a refined approach to hospitality, a passion for exceptional service, and experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants, we want to meet you!

What are we seeking?

• 3 + years of dedicated Front-of-House (FOH) management experience in a fine dining restaurant.
• A true servant-leader mentality , committed to supporting and empowering their team.
• A proven track record of strong employee retention through positive leadership and effective team development.
• Exceptional guest relations skills , ensuring an elevated and memorable dining experience for every guest.
• A deep understanding of fine dining standards and service etiquette , including wine service, table management, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong operational acumen , including scheduling, inventory management, cost control, and maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards.
• Proficiency in training and developing FOH staff to consistently deliver a high level of service.
