Project Coordination Specialist
Assignment Schedule:
- At least 4 days in-office.
- Normal working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Workers may arrive as early as 7:00 AM.
- Arrival should occur between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, with an expectation to work 8 hours plus a lunch break.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- 0-5 years (minimum) experience in project coordination or support role(s).
Experience Required:
- 0 - 5 years.
Purpose of the Position:
- Coordinate key work management tasks related to capital construction projects, including cost-recoverable programs, from initiation to financial close-out.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project setup and maintenance in Client Gas ARM.
- Asset allocation and booking in Power Plan.
- Creating non-new business work requests.
- Create and validate spot contracts.
- Serve as a liaison between the pipeline contractors and Client Gas for system and work management issues.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Prior experience in project coordination or support roles preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
