Drive Impact: Your Core Opportunities Instead of just completing tasks, you will be an integral part of our logistics network:

• Optimize Load Planning: Coordinate and plan Full Truckload (TL) and Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipments to maximize efficiency.

• Ensure Seamless Delivery: Execute track and trace protocols to accurately monitor shipments.

• Build Vendor Relationships: Communicate effectively via phone, text, and Teams with 3rd-party carriers and suppliers.

• Streamline Operations: Perform essential general office, administrative, and clerical duties that keep our transportation hub running smoothly.

What You Bring to the Team We value a willingness to learn and a positive attitude just as much as your previous experience:

• Previous experience working within a 3PL environment or directly coordinating with 3rd-party carriers.

• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• A highly adaptable approach; we welcome candidates with lesser experience who are open-minded and eager to learn new, streamlined ways of operating.
