Location: Providence Christian Academy, Lilburn, GA
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | 235 Days/Year
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

What You’ll Do

• Ensure the school buildings and grounds are clean, safe, and welcoming

• Clean classrooms, hallways, offices, restrooms, and common areas

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform floor care (buffing, stripping, waxing)

• Wash windows, walls, and other surfaces to maintain a professional appearance

• Set up/break down furniture and equipment for school events

• Deliver supplies and support recycling and waste management

• Provide courteous assistance to students, staff, and visitors

• Secure the building at the start and end of shift

This role reports directly to the Custodial Supervisor and plays a vital part in our daily school operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Willingness to work collaboratively and respectfully with diverse groups

• Must be able to lift, move, and operate custodial equipment safely

• Valid Georgia Driver’s License or reliable transportation
