We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, data-informed software systems that power Aspirion’s strategic initiatives. This role blends deep engineering expertise with architectural leadership, focusing on building robust platforms that leverage data to drive intelligent automation, operational excellence, and customer impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve CI/CD processes across multiple services and pipelines to accelerate development velocity
  • Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to develop solutions
  • Partner with Principal Engineers, and Product Management to define the technical solution roadmap
  • Analyze business requirements and design solutions with accurate work effort estimations
  • Create architectural designs focused on resilience, scalability, and performance
  • Uphold the highest quality standards through rigorous application of software development best practices
  • Participate in design and code reviews, offering insightful suggestions across products and teams
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence
  • Engage in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous process refinement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience designing and developing distributed systems in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Strong proficiency in C# (preferred) and experience with React
  • Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, including microservices, event-driven systems, and serverless computing.
  • Experience integrating data platforms (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Data Lakes) into application architectures.
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards (HIPAA, NIST, HiTrust).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to team success through mentorship, peer collaboration, and technical guidance
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience making sound design decisions under real-world constraints
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2–3 years in a mid to Sr level Software Engineer.
  • Experience working in data-rich environments or with data-centric applications is highly desirable.

The US base pay range for this position starts at $140,000/yr. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary, a competitive benefits package is offered.
