What You'll Do
- Protect pricing to support organizational goals.
- Lead a team of assistant project managers and project managers.
- Coordinate projects through each of the internal divisions (Accounting, Production, Engineering, and Transportation) to ensure the project remains on agreed upon schedules with the customer.
- Maintain current and build new customer relationships to ensure maximum share of customer wallet.
- Driving results through the utilization of all functions within the organization.
- Deliver timely and effective solutions and advisements to ensure all projects remain on and/or exceed schedule.
- Acting as the customer’s representative to ensure their needs are met, communicating via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to ensure their needs are understood and met.
What You'll Need
- 2+ years experience in a project manager/coordinator role in the concrete or manufacturing industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of ERP/Inventory Control Software, preferably Titan
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizations skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to properly organize, prioritze, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Your Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or Construction Management is a plus
- High School Diploma GED or Tech Certificate required.
