Municipal Capital Projects Manager
My Client is a growing, well-established multidiscipline engineering firm seeking an experienced Capital Projects PM familiar with p reparing project cost estimates, scopes for civil design services, bid documents, reviews bids from contractors and performs contract administration in concert with the City’s procurement and legal staff. . Qualified Candidates should have:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Georgia PE registration, or the ability to obtain with Georgia within 6 months, is required.
- Experience working on DOT/DPW projects for state, county, city, or local municipalities.
- Experience which involves managing surveying and civil design services contracts, construction contracts, project estimating, and field inspections for local and/or state government.
- Proven experience with managing projects through the GDOT plan development process (PDP).
