Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU, including ongoing assessment and interventions.
- Monitor hemodynamic status, volume status, and respiratory support; adjust care under physician and protocol guidance.
- Administer medications and manage invasive lines, drips, and ventilator support as ordered.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans; document changes in the electronic medical record.
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and adherence to ICU protocols; respond to emergent situations and escalate promptly.
- Educate patients and families as appropriate and document teaching provided.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia or eligibility for Georgia licensure
- ICU experience preferred; able to demonstrate foundational ICU skills in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment starting 06/01/2026
- Residence must be 80+ miles from the assignment facility
- Able to work nights and fulfill 3×12-hour shift schedule
