As a CARES Recovery Specialist with Stand Inc., your role is essential in building our Recovery Community Organization, ensuring adherence to contract requirements while fostering vital partnerships across Metro Atlanta. You'll cultivate and maintain relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders, including crisis centers, treatment facilities, shelters, and hospitals, enhancing our outreach and impact. Your help facilitate engaging presentations at coalition meetings and local entities, conducting group meetings that empower individuals in recovery and their families. You will create a welcoming environment that prioritizes safety and inclusivity for all participants and staff.

Additionally, you will engage in continual professional development through training and conferences, collaborating with fellow CARES staff to innovate and enhance programs. Stand Inc . also fully supports your efforts in developing a robust volunteer program, ensuring peers have access to essential services and resources on their recovery journeys.
