We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for shipping and receiving materials, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and processing transactions within the company’s ERP system. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with both physical inventory and computerized inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Accurately unload, inspect, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements.
• Enter shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions into the company’s ERP system.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and regular inventory audits.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies and assist with reconciliation.
• Ensure materials are labeled, stored, and handled according to company standards.
• Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (if certified).
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment .
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes .
• Strong understanding of inventory control and cycle counting .
• Experience using an ERP or inventory management system .
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, or move for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Experience working with barcoding or scanning systems.
• Experience supporting production or manufacturing operations.
