Responsibilities:

- MUST be able to Operate Crown reach truck and a variety of forklifts, including hi-lo, cherry picker, and reach trucks
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery to move materials and products
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper placement and securement of items
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments
- Utilize pallet jacks and lift trucks to transport goods within the warehouse or production area
- Conduct order picking and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while operating equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse or storage area

Requirements:
- Valid forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Experience operating a variety of forklifts, including hi-lo and reach trucks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor issues with equipment
- Proficient in basic math skills for inventory tracking and order fulfillment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions
