The Product Manager – Operator Systems is responsible for managing the lifecycle, strategic roadmap, and continuous innovation of operator-focused technologies. This role ensures brand differentiation, customer-centricity, and market competitiveness by overseeing HMI systems, comfort systems, climate control, cabin interiors, and vision systems. The Product Manager integrates these technologies into brand strategies, product platforms, and digital ecosystems.

We are seeking a motivated individual for a unique opportunity to work in the verification and validation of autonomous and highly automated machines for agricultural applications. The candidate who fills this role will be responsible for ensuring that PTx Trimble systems are safe, reliable and perform as intended.

We are looking for an individual with strong technical skills and with a practical, hands-on approach to solving complex engineering problems.

Your Impact

• Develop and manage the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle strategy for HMI, comfort, climate, cabin interior, and vision systems. Align strategies with brand differentiation, platform goals, and customer needs. Ensure long-term integration with automation, connectivity, and operator experience advancements. Lead discussions on product evolution and future concepts for operator systems.
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking. Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives, including operator interviews and field testing. Analize data from NPS, usage reports, and feedback to guide decisions. Collaborate with Market Intelligence & Global Brand Marketing to incorporate regional needs.
• Oversee the development and refinement of operator systems, including Touchscreen interfaces, voice control, digital dashboards. Suspension seats, cabin acoustics, ergonomic enhancements. Climate Systems: Smart HVAC, air quality monitoring, automated climate control. Surround-view cameras, night vision, AR head-up displays.
• Prioritize feature requests and requirements from various teams. Define prioritization frameworks for resource allocation.
• Translate customer insights into technical specifications. Partner with software and electronics teams to develop next-gen interfaces and smart controls. Align with manufacturing teams to optimize production and scalability. Ensure integration of operator systems into product platforms.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Human Factors, Automotive Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years' experience in Product Management, UX/HMI, or Operator Systems development.
• Experience in agriculture, automotive, construction equipment, or off-highway vehicle operator systems preferred.
• Operator System Expertise – Deep knowledge of HMI, comfort, safety, and vision systems. Strategic Execution – Ability to define system roadmaps and align them with business objectives.
• Cross Functional Leadership – Proven ability to work across Engineering. UX
