Blue Ridge Haulers is expanding our Eastern Seaboard fleet. We are seeking safety-minded Class A drivers for predictable regional lanes. Whether you are a seasoned pro or a recent CDL graduate looking for a structured paid mentorship, we have a seat for you.

PAY & FINANCIAL PERKS

• Employment Type: Full-time W2

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200 $1,500(Varies by experience)

• Mileage Rate: $0.55 $0.65 CPM(Varies by experience)

• Stop Pay: $15 per stop

• Safety Bonus: Earn an extra $0.06 per mile for incident-free driving and fuel efficiency.

• Orientation: $300 (Single-day session at the nearest hub).

THE ROUTE & EQUIPMENT

• Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van (Primarily Drop-and-Hook).

• Lanes: Eastern Seaboard Regional routes.

• Volume: Average 2,500 miles per week.

• Home Time: Bi-weekly schedule (Typically 12 days out / 2 days home).

• Flexibility: Must be comfortable with both day and night operation shifts.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Age: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.

• Experience: Must have 6 months of verifiable solo Class A driving experience.

• New Grads: Candidates with <6 months experience must have graduated from an accredited school (120+ hours) and will complete 46 weeks of paid OTR mentorship.

• Clean Record: No major accidents, suspensions, or major violations in the last 5 years.

• Drug Policy: Must pass DOT urine and hair testing .

• Background: No DUI convictions in the last 5 years. No involuntary terminations from your most recent employer.

• History: Stable work history; gaps for education or training are acceptable.
