Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Folder Gluer Operator to join our manufacturing team in Peachtree City, GA. In this role, you will operate and maintain folder gluer equipment to produce high-quality carton products while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. This is a permanent, onsite position offering competitive wages and the opportunity to work with a professional team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate folder gluer machinery to produce carton products according to specifications and production schedules
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure quality output and minimize waste
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality defects and ensure compliance with company standards
- Maintain accurate production records and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience operating folder gluer equipment or similar machinery in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and production instructions
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment with shifts as scheduled
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must-Have Requirements
- Hands-on experience with folder gluer operations or comparable packaging machinery
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed work instructions
- Reliable attendance and commitment to permanent, full-time work
- Willingness to maintain safety standards and report hazards immediately
