Heartline Staffing is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse OR for a high-demand travel assignment.

This role supports surgical services in a fast-paced operating room environment. The ideal candidate is confident in perioperative care and comfortable collaborating with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation:
Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, compensation packages are customized for each traveler.

Schedule:
• Day shift, 2x12
• Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 12-week assignment
• Schedule may vary based on department needs

Unit Details:
• Operating Room OR setting
• Surgical services environment
• High-acuity procedural care
• Collaborative interdisciplinary surgical team

Responsibilities:
• Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room
• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environment
• Assist surgeons during procedures and manage instrumentation
• Monitor patient status throughout surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
Requirements:

• Active RN license in state of assignment or ability to obtain
• Minimum clinical experience required for operating room specialty
• BLS certification required
• Additional certifications may be required depending on facility
• Prior travel experience preferred but not required
• Strong perioperative and critical thinking skills required
