Bilingual Office Manager Accounting & Tax Practice
We are seeking a reliable and organized Bilingual Office Manager to join our growing accounting and tax practice. The ideal candidate will have prior office management experience and working knowledge of tax preparation processes. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish and the ability to provide outstanding client support in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Schedule appointments and assist with client communications
- Support tax preparation workflow and organize client documents
- Maintain accurate records and office files
- Answer phones, emails, and greet clients professionally
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and general office coordination
- Help ensure deadlines are met during tax season
- Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish
- Bilingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED
- Knowledge or experience with tax preparation REQUIRED
- Previous office management or administrative experience preferred
- Accounting background or accounting degree is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office software
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
